• Start-up Consulting; includes helping clients that want to start a new company; file all necessary forms, get business licenses, set up accounting software, procedure development, set up office space – including finding an office if needed (partnered with realtor)
• Procedure Development for existing businesses; including evaluation of current office procedures including invoicing, bill payments, payroll, managing employees, everything else, and finding ways to run their business more efficiently using software and organizing techniques
• Setup of QuickBooks Files; including setup of chart of accounts, vendor and customer entry, customizing preferences, payroll setup, etc.
• Training for QuickBooks; including training on QuickBooks desktop or QuickBooks online, can do one-on-one or group sessions
• Clean-up of QuickBooks Files; including review of QuickBooks and reclassification of transactions/reconciliation of books to get them prepared for Tax Preparation
• Third-Party software Integration and Training; Includes integration of third-party software into QuickBooks and training of new software - QuickBooks Time, PayPal, Expensify, Amazon Business, Etc.
